Installation Terms and Conditions

Deposit of $100 is to be made before installation, balance will be paid after installation. Additional $30 will be incurred for Marble/Quartz/Granite/Stone tabletop drilling. Optional installation service: Mounting of filter on the wall $40.

Installation warranty is 14 days, no cost to fix any leaks during warranty period (maximum 1 additional trip), if product found to be damaged or misuse by user, additional fee will be incurred. Additional trips outside of 14 days installation warranty period will incur a fee.

Any add-ons (e.g pipe reducer) required to install on site will be charged. During onsite viewing if installer is unable to install due to some circumstances, there will be a $50 fee to cover transport. The customer shall be obliged to provide assistance if needed by the installer.

We will not be held liable for damages (e.g tabletop crack, water pipe burst) or any appearance issue (e.g ugly hole) or claims including consequential and incidental damages of every kind or nature. The installer will do what he can to fix but there is no obligations and no refunds.

Product Warranty

Product warranty covers leaks due to hardening of rubber gaskets, faucet leaking, pressure storage tank not working, etc. It does not cover user damaged, normal wear and tear or imperfections that do not prevent ordinary use, stains, rust, discoloration, water taste, conditions resulting from abusive handling/ misuse/ neglect/ modifications. Additional fee applies for an installer to head down to fix the product.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@aquatrone.com.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return of product is only possible within 30 days from installation date, you will only be refunded 50% of the cost excluding the installation/ delivery fee (~$100). Item returned must not be damaged and should be in working condition. Optional product return service: dismantling fee $90, Item pickup from doorstep by courier $25

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Disclaimer

Due to high water pressure, water coming out of the filter faucet might have micro air bubbles making it look cloudy which is normal. Also taste is subjective, to some the filtered water might taste plasticky or weird due to new filters and housing which may or may not go away.
